Brief introduction
A year ago, we moved to the USA and started all over again, or so it seems. After following the expat curve stages of Honeymoon (loved the space, convenience, friendliness and "freedom"), the crisis (winter blues and impact on health, cost of healthcare, unimpressed with the very overly rated education system) and now slowly integration (appreciate the opportunities and be part of the solution- not the problem), I am now looking forward to document my experience and thoughts. Since I am mainly interested in education, this blog will be extensively looking at my experience from that particular lens.
